VISIA facial skin diagnostics
Before our laser and aesthetic treatments, our dermatologist and plastic surgeon will analyse the patient’s skin and symptoms. The treatment will be performed according to the results of the diagnostic imaging. The examination is performed using Canfield VISIA technology, which is the most advanced facial skin diagnostic imaging technique. By analysing the obtained data and images, we develop the most optimal treatment plan for the patient. The images are stored in the patient’s record, so that the results of the performed treatments can be compared after the new images of the control examination have been recorded. The records are analysed by the attending physician and, based on the results, the personalized procedures available at our clinic are described.
The multi-point positioning system takes photos from all directions using a rotating recording module. The photos taken are analysed by our aesthetic specialist, who then prepares a treatment plan. An accurate diagnosis leads to personalised and effective treatment.
VISIA image recording and visual diagnostic system
The new, 7th generation VISIA system offers significantly improved image experiences during aesthetic and skincare consultations. The newly designed imaging module rotates unobstructed around the face, simplifying the imaging process while providing greater comfort to the client. It uses polarized light for high-resolution, glare-free images from 3 directions, and UV illumination for the detection of skin surface porphyrins. The updated software enables faster imaging with automatic skin type classification, sophisticated facial skin analysis, and additional features. Decades of experience of hundreds of users, technological sophistication, and high technical standards (valuable optical components, high-resolution camera, unique software) set VISIA above the competition. Easily taken, high-quality, standardised face photos
VISIA’s multi-point positioning system and live overlay make it easy to document bursts over time. The rotatable camera module easily captures left, right, and frontal facial views, with images taken in rapid succession in different lighting conditions.
It uses an IntelliFlash flash system, cross-polarized light, and UV illumination to capture and measure surface and subsurface skin conditions. UV photography provides the most complete data set for assessing and analyzing sunlight damage, including UV-fluorescence imaging, which is suitable for porphyrin detection. Canfield’s RBX technology separates the red and brown skin components, which are difficult to assess when they occur together, thereby making spider angiomas, fine capillaries, pigment spots, and inflammatory conditions more visible.

Percentage scale
VISIA’s patented comparison method compares measured values with normal values based on the world’s largest dermatology database. It compares the patient’s skin to the average of the same age and skin type. Spots, wrinkles, textures, pores, UV spots, pigmented spots, red areas, and porphyrins can be measured.
Spectacular comparisons

Loupe tool
Targeting the selected area with a magnifying glass: the size of the magnifying glass can be reduced or increased. It is also possible to zoom in using a mouse or the touch screen.

The surface of the skin can be represented in three dimensions from any angle, with natural skin colour, coloured relief or greyscale.
Ageing simulation
We can stimulate the ageing process, showing the patient’s skin 5-7 years older or younger, displaying spots, wrinkles or even both.
Photo mode
Repeatable facial image documentation to record the patient’s condition without performing analysis. Analysis can be performed later if required. Cross-polarized illumination guarantees a glare-free image (better than hand-held camera images with flash).

A hagyományos szén-dioxid lézerek hatékonyságát a frakcionált lézerkibocsátással ötvöző, DEKA SmartXide Punto CO2 lézerrel végzett, minimális sérüléssel járó bőrfiatalító DOT terápia erőteljes eredményeket hoz az általában megszokott, erős mellékhatások nélkül.
Bőrfiatalító kezelés iQ lézerrel
Sérüléssel nem járó, non-ablatív kezelések közé tartozó Cynosure Elite iQ Nd:YAG lézeres bőrfeszesítő illetve bőrfiatalító kezelés.

Pigmentációs rendellenességek kezelése CO2 lézerrel
A különféle pigmentált elváltozások hatékony kezelésére a DEKA speciális rendszereket dolgozott ki különböző hullámhosszúságokra és impulzus-időtartamokra, amelyeket az adott elváltozásnak megfelelően lehet használni: a pigmentált területeken lévő melanint szelektíven tudjuk vele célozni és elpusztítani.
Pigmentációs rendellenességek kezelése iQ lézerrel
Az eljárást Alexandrit lézer 0,5 msec rövid pulzussal végezzük. A kezelés során egy ceruzaszerű kezelőfejjel foltszerű rövid fényimpulzusokat juttatunk a bőrre, kizárólag az elváltozást kezelve.
Éreredetű rendellenességek lézeres kezelése
A kezelést Cynosure Nd:YAG lézerrel végezzük. A kezelés során egy ceruzajellegű kezelőfejjel rövid, foltszerű fényimpulzusokat juttatunk a bőrre, ezután a szomszédos bőrterületeket kezeljük.
A folyamatok mélységének szabályozásával a DEKA SmartXide Punto CO2 lézerforrás segít csökkenteni a látható sorvadást, kiegyenlíti a hegek széleit, serkenti az új kollagén termelődését, nemcsak a hegek területén, hanem a teljes kezelt bőrfelszínen. A nem ablatív CYNOSURE ELITE iQ Nd:YAG lézerforrással kiegészítve változatos kezelési lehetőségeket kínál.
Általános tudnivalók lézeres kezelések előtt és után
Lézeres kezelés előtt:
- diagnosztikai fotó készítése
- a kezelendő területet lehetőleg előzőleg 2 héttel ne érje napfény
- a kezelés típusa szerint 1 héttel előbb megelőzés céljából aciklovir tartalmú tabletta szedése
- a közlekedésben való részvétel képességének felmérése a kezelés után, az intézményből való távozás miatt (is)
- tájékozódás közösségbe kerülésről, a megjelenés minőségéről
- tájékoztatás az otthoni utókezelésről, (patikai beszerzés szükségessége) fedősmink használatáról
- kontrollidőpont rögzítése
Lézeres kezelések után:
- az orvosi utasítások értelmezése
- utóápolás
- fokozott fényvédelem: a kezelés után 1 hónapig min 50SPF, majd az eredmények fenntartása érdekében 30SPF használata
- aciklovirtartalmú tabletta szedése az orvos által meghatározott ideig
- megjelenés az előre egyeztetett kontrollvizsgálaton, diagnosztikai fotó készítése
