In 2003, I graduated from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Pécs, and in 2007, I received my PhD degree from Semmelweis University, where I worked on genetic research of haematopoietic tumours. At the same time, I started my training in family medicine, obtained a specialist examination in 2011, and worked full-time as a family doctor in my own practice for the next 10 years.
My holistic approach and my interest in alternative medicine led me to qualify as a naturopath in addition to my work as a general practicioner. In the framework of the accredited medical education of the University of Pécs, I completed a 2-year training course in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) between 2013 and 2015. During the training, I was able to expand my knowledge in China, in the training program of the Hebei North China University of Science and Technology. After completing the neural therapy specialty training (2017-2018, PTE ÁOK accredited medical education), I obtained the title of neural therapy physician.
During my practice as a GP, I have successfully used acupuncture as a complementary medicine for the past 8 years. I have gained experience using acupuncture primarily in the treatment of acute and chronic musculoskeletal complaints and pains, various allergies, dermatological, gynaecological, gastrointestinal complaints, metabolic disorders, weight problems, and addictions.
I am constantly training to expand my knowledge and therapeutic options to help my patients as effectively as possible. In addition to, or as a complement to, acupuncture, musculoskeletal collagen therapy is another excellent option for the treatment of musculoskeletal complaints.
In addition to medical precision, a holistic person-centered approach is a priority for me. It is important to me to see my patients, as a Person, as a whole unit, and to help heal them with the most appropriate treatment tailored to their individual needs.
